Battery performance guarantee
Batteries naturally lose capacity over time. That’s covered when capacity drops below 70% within the first 3 years — normal ageing above that line is not a fault.
Not covered
- General wear and tear — tyres, brake pads, consumables
- Damage from improper use, neglect, accidents or modifications
- Normal ageing, including gradual battery degradation
- Regular maintenance and servicing costs
- Cosmetic damage — scratches, dents, paint chips
How a claim works
- Customer contacts us (email or phone) with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
- The moped is assessed at an authorised ROLL’N service centre.
- Depending on the assessment: repair, replacement or refund of the faulty component at no cost.
Fine print worth knowing
- Claims must be lodged within the warranty period.
- A warranty repair or replacement does not restart or extend the warranty.
- The moped must be serviced to ROLL’N’s recommended schedule to keep coverage.
